This is your chance to reserve our lamb meat at the best price, and quantities are limited!

The Whole Lamb 🍖

Whole lambs are sold by weight, so the final price is determined once the animal is returned to us. Our lambs can weigh around 11-16kg (25-35lbs). This quantity is about the size of 2 basketballs. 😄

Option 1: Popular Cuts

The price is $26.50/kg ($12/lb) and a $50 deposit is required.

The cuts are:

• Leg (2x)
• Shank (2x)
• Hindshank (Souris) (2x)
• Chops (~12x)
• Ground (~8x)
• Bones
• Offal

The quantity of chops and ground meat may vary with the size of the animal.

Option 2: Custom Cuts

The price is $30/kg ($13.60/lb) and a $100 deposit is required.

You can coordinate the exact cuts you want with us by email or phone.

The cut options are: neck, shoulder, spare ribs, chops, rack, leg, shank, hindshank (souris), cubes, ground, bones, offal.

The Sausages 🔥

The price is $110 for 10 packs of 6 sausages and a $50 deposit is required.

🧊 The Deposit

Why a deposit?

As a small farm, our quantities and resources are very limited.

• It's like a promise from you. It allows us to better plan the cuts for other animals and manage our inventory space more effectively.
• This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation. This helps us cover the additional management, butchering, and inventory surplus costs, especially if you chose less popular cuts.
• If an exceptional situation prevents us from fulfilling your reservation, your deposit will be refunded.

📅 Dates

The harvest takes place over the next few months. Your order will be available between October and December. The earlier you reserve, the sooner it will be ready!
