On-Farm Pickup Information

You can pick up your order at our farm located on Rang 6, situated between Gatineau and Val-des-Monts.

For non-subscribers, your basket will be ready exactly 2 days from your order date. You can collect it from 15:00 on the designated day until noon the following day. To help you remember, we will send you an email reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup.

Example

If you place your order online at 23:15 on Monday, then your basket will be ready for pickup at 15:00 on Wednesday and will remain available until noon on Thursday.

Missed Pickup

If your order is not picked up by noon, 3 days after you've placed your order for pickup, your produce will be considered lost, and you will still be charged.

Payment

If desired, you can check out using your subscriber's credits. Choose "Subscriber's credits" as a payment option upon checkout. You can also pay with regular online payment methods.

There is no extra fee to add produce to your basket. We will simply add the produce to your order.

Fulfillment

To guarantee your produce is in your next basket, please place your order by the deadline provided in your basket content email. If your order is placed after the deadline, it will be added to your next basket.
